01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 888fe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 888fe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 888fe website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 888fe platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for any updates.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 888fe, including sports betting, PSL and cricket betting, casino games, fish games, VIP membership, bonuses and all payment transactions in PKR.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the 888fe platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 888fe is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have personally requested with 888fe.
• You must be acting in good faith and for personal entertainment purposes.

888fe reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. If verification is not provided within the timeframe requested, access to the account may be restricted and pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible, but any winnings or bonus credits accumulated on the account will be voided in full.

03 Account Registration & Security

You may only hold one active account on 888fe. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 888fe reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 888fe will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong and unique password for your 888fe account.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

888fe will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 888fe are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's payment system
• Bank Transfer – direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit and Credit Cards – where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets – other approved wallet services as listed in your account

Deposits are generally credited to your 888fe account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 888fe aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. The actual time for funds to reach your account depends on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

888fe reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting documentation to confirm your identity and ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification steps are completed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary depending on your account status and VIP tier.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

888fe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL matches or international cricket fixtures.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household and IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the deadline will be removed from your account.
• 888fe reserves the right to exclude certain games or betting markets from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate to casino games. This will be specified per promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering conditions are fully met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited.

The 888fe VIP programme rewards regular players with tier-based benefits including improved withdrawal limits, dedicated support, enhanced bonuses and exclusive event promotions. VIP tier progress and point balances are tracked in your account dashboard. 888fe reserves the right to adjust VIP tier structures and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

888fe reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to void bets or cancel bonus credits where we have reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in combination with any prohibited betting strategy.

06 Sports Betting Rules

888fe offers sports betting on a wide range of markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed in your bet slip.
• 888fe reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market or for any individual player at its discretion.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently determined to have been set in error (manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided at 888fe's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected or accepted at the revised odds depending on the timing.
• For cricket and PSL matches, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs before the minimum overs required are bowled, settlement rules will follow the standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method or market-specific rules as stated at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds confirmed at bet placement, multiplied by your stake, minus the original stake.
• 888fe does not accept bets that constitute match-fixing, insider information or any form of corrupt practice. Any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of inside information will be voided and the account investigated.

Specific sport-by-sport rules for cricket, PSL, Football and Esports are available within the sports betting section of your account. These rules take precedence over general betting rules where there is a conflict.

07 Casino Games, Fish Games & Game Lobby

888fe offers a range of casino products including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games and classic table games. The following conditions apply to all casino and fish game activity on the platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is not modified by 888fe. RTP information may be available within individual game information panels.
• Fish games operate on a shared pool system where multiple players may be playing the same table simultaneously. All fish game results are governed by the provider's own certified RNG.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session that affects the outcome of a round will result in that round being voided. Bets will be returned to your account balance. If a malfunction occurs after a round has been fully completed and settled, the result stands.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on casino games are subject to any wagering requirements associated with those bonus funds as described in Section 05.

888fe provides access to games from multiple third-party providers. The availability of specific games may change as providers update their libraries. 888fe is not responsible for any change in game availability made by a third-party provider.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888fe. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or attempting to circumvent a previously closed or suspended account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details without their explicit consent.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to place bets based on insider information, match-fixing or any corrupt arrangement relating to a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing any promotional offer by creating multiple accounts, using fraudulent payment methods or any other means designed to obtain bonus credits not legitimately earned.

888fe monitors all account activity and transaction patterns. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be investigated before any action is taken. Where appropriate, we will provide players with an opportunity to respond to concerns raised before a final decision is made.

09 Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted, 888fe shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

888fe reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the email address associated with your account, giving reasonable notice before changes take effect.

The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.
